Congrats! They did make it easier. I got one on my third try. Both Firefly & Storm are level 9. How come people are having 2 already? Can you buy an additional breeding cave or are you guys using a breeding cave + the breeding island?
Wow, congrats on all the quick success. Nothing but fails for me. Fortunately they've all been short fails so I've been speeding then along with gems.
Facebook is now reporting that the Blue Moon dragon will only be available for 36 hours !! and will not return for 2-3 years.
@Yasha I noticed that too. I was going post asking if it was new or if I had just not noticed before. I love the sparkly effect, hope that is here to stay! @ExitaR I have two breeding using epic breeding island (EBI) and the breeding cave (BC), some people save gems for these things and so can use gems to speed up the fails.
The sandbox says that u can breed the blue moon and moon and the top outcome is blue moon does that mean that u have a better chance to get the blue moon? Or are they equal?
According to DV Sandbox, Moon/Moon doesn't make Blue Moon. There have been so many Epic and Rare dragons lately. I wonder if they stop soon and let me catch up.
Sandbox always shows the outcomes based on the breeding time, lowest to highest. According to the Sandbox Combo Finder, breeding a Blue Moon with Moon gives you a 2% chance at a Blue Moon. All other possible combos give a 12% chance.
Got one cooking in EBI after 2 storm fails with firefly/storm. And one in EBC with lightning/cold after 4 storm fails. Used up more gems than I wanted but decided not to take any chances. Good luck everyone.
I love the influx of new and gorgeous dragons...but I REALLY wish they would limit the time-limited ones to one per month! There are just so MANY, lately, it's like you blink and you miss one! I think DV is the only game I log into every single day, out of worry I might miss out!
Gave up on the storm/firefly....and went for Blue Fire and Lighting....BINGO! Got the Blue Moon second try with that combo
Yay, i got my bluemoon for the 1st try, storm/lightning, both lvl12 at ebc... I have raised them from lvl10 to lvl15 before send to the ebc.. But do not hav luck for the bc, 3hr+5hr+5hr failed... Will keep trying!
Been getting the Blue Moon pretty regularly now. I do have to give it up to BFS for not making this one a money grab. I still have nightmares about the Leap Year.
