Seems like a good plan! I've tried most of the combos, I'll try Ever/Pan again. Then later (assuming I get a later) Paper/Chrome cuz I need Silver #1 and Seasonal #2. And additional Papers, once I get my Origrrrmi of course.
I cannot thank you enough for giving me a name for my second Paper! Thank you! lol When I saw "Parchment," it made me think of "Papyrus," the ancient Egyptians' form of paper made from a plant.
Hello all... I got 1st paper with Sakura & Cold (both lvl 15) in normal cave and 2nd with Butterfly & Mountain (both lvl 15, but not sure of order as I had been switching them up) in the EBI. It took many tries...with many moss fails too! Still no Seasonal or Malachite or OlyGold... Good luck everyone! ps plant and steel worked for me for Silver My latest strategy is to keep breeding the same pair over and over again with the thought that eventually it will yield the outcome I am looking for...it worked for Silver, Sapphire, Blue Moon and Paper
Yay! I finally got my Paper Dragon today after many many failed attempts. Sakura and Ice seemed to be a lucky combination for me.
Thank you for the Silver combo!! Got it first try .....I was beginning to think I was never going to get it.
I still can't get a Silver. Just tried the Plant/Steel combo but it was another fail. Maybe I'll keep trying that combo in the EBC and keep trying the Air/Mine on the EBI. My son is having the hardest time with Paper. He still hasn't gotten one after what seems like a million Moss fails.
Changing Seasons Hello DV friends, cooler temps are thankfully here in the Central US. Summer is almost over here this weekend and my dragons on the Seasonal island are ready for their quarterly shake up. I am looking forward to see if we will get a Moon Equinox dragon this weekend or if it will wait until the winter solstice in Dec. and be the Moon opposite to the Sun Solstice dragon. Good luck to all still trying for paper. Try to especially breed for it on the Breeding Island (better odds) - got both of mine using the Mountain and Flower/Poison combo. Got lucky with two quickly without the dreaded Moss. I upgraded my Hibernation Cave again, so will have some more room to redesign some islands and am going to replace some Bloom/cold habitats with Paper/earth habitats to gain on the coin earning. I am waiting for the eventual update to buy treats and feed two dragons from level 19 to 20. C'mon Backflip, show us the Update with more levels, more habitats, etc. Everyone has been so patient with the last update with many friend visiting and other glitches and we know you have something ready for the the ios6 and iPhone 5 launch. If you don't have it ready you dropped the ball and will continue to drop from the Top grossing apps (Currently 11th in the US App store). You had a great first year, always in the Top 5, and your loyal fans/customers hope your success continues. In the meantime we will continuing enjoying other games with tribez, singing monsters, happy streets, and the many others choices. Thanks friends for the gems!

New dragon! Just got my second paper, can relax now.......oh no another new dragon has just arrived, the Equinox, nothing on Sandbox at the moment so taking a punt with Sun and Moon! Good luck everyone again and thanks to everyone still sending me gems while I can't reciprocate
Hmmm wouldn't let me breed sun and moon, tried sun and sun and now have to wait 48 hours have gold and silver producing me a silver egg for display in the cave - another long wait, I've really messed this one up.
I feel like there forcing us to display only one of each dragon. I hope they lift the cap and give us more habitats. Halloween is coming hope to see some cool stuff same for Christmas . I have waited all year for the Halloween and Christmas stuff.
Wow. They are making new dragons faster than most players can breed. I think there are players without Sapphire or Paper yet. But this is better than having no updates at all I do hope they give us new addict players a chance to get the previous limited dragons Good luck in breeding everyone.
Note on the sandbox is that Bazing + Water/water hybrid is the combos to use for the new Equinox. I am actually excited about this one...I've been waiting for a black dragon
Is this a good game? I had oicked Oregon settler when I first got my ipad but it froze and wouldn't work after level 35 and I had to delete it. Is Dragonvale good?
Have an Equinox breeding in my Epic Breeding Sanctuary with Level 15 Blazing and Water...third try (I used gems on two fails as I am becoming rather impatient these days.) Will probably try for at least one more so I have a display egg. I guess it was good that I didn't use up my last habitat although I wish they would give us a few more as I would love another Seasonal dragon. I wish it would get cooler here (So Cal) - in the upper 90's again today.
Considering some of us have been playing Dragonvale for a year now, yes I would say it's a good game. If you like setting up parks, breeding type of games then definitely give it a try!
