Update There's an update in the App store. Lists fixed friend visiting crash potential on iOS4, and optimizations. Don't see any new content, islands, dragons, not sure about levels. New stuff sometimes launches a day after the update. Be on the watch out for the opposite hybrids for Lava and Mud, will make the Opal breeding a bit more varied and hopefully will get Bone (or a new version) and other fall and Halloween content soon. That stinks. I have about $1 billion of coin saved up to start working on some shrines. I had been holding off in case the next update added some new levels. They added levels 31-35 literally a week after I leveled up my 50th Panlong to to 15. I was so irritated. Took me forever to get to level 35 because of that.
I saw that. My son uses a 2nd gen Touch. Something about the SDK for iOS 6 I think. A lot of apps are dropping support for the 2nd gen Touch once they add iPhone 5 support. Pocket God, another game my son loves to play, just did the same thing. It really stinks. I know it's a 3 yr old device but I paid $399 for that thing. It should be supported for longer than that. It's not a phone you can just update on contract every two years. From the sound of the update description, I'm guessing a bigger update is in the works that adds iPhone 5 support. Maybe that will add more levels.
Did update on my iPad and it hasn't solved anything!!! Crashes out worse than before. Luckily, I upgraded my original (seems like obsolete) iPad to an iPad (3rd gen) yesterday and set it up this arvo. I can finally visit GC friends again and DV loads and works as it should except for some lag still..... Feel your pain, I also have an iPhone 4, so will see what DV runs like on that and report back...... EDIT UPDATE I have now downloaded DV update on my iPhone and no noticeable difference on mine. Can still visit friends on it, hasn't crashed or anything. Have you tried refreshing DV and rebooting your iPhone? I assume you're running iOS 6 software? Hope it's better after refresh/ reboot.
Im current using itouch 3rd gen... I cannot visit my gc friends... should i update my dv or will it make everything worse? Thanks

Hey Crusty, you're vey welcome Oh heck, sorry to hear you don't have your birthday dragon yet Have you tried one pair in the same order for maybe 5-6 times, then reverse the order? Got both mine doing that....of course that could just be a coincidence...as all us die hard players know, with DV....expect the unexpected! One combo pair were lvl 15, the other two were lvl 10. Maybe mix the lvls up? ( you may have already tried all this) can't think of anything else that may help sorry Really hope you get yours soon, sending cyber good luck wishes to you.... what date is your special day?
I noticed that I got a gem from you. I'm glad that it works for you now. I still can't send gems, but my iPod is 2nd gen, so that is probably the reason.
My Ipod is 4th gen, and I still cannot send gems It's been allowing me to stay on the friends' list for a little bit longer, but the result is still the same. I don't know if it has anything to do with upgrading to IOS 6 though, since the update said "for IOS 4 users"...
It stated that that will be the last update for 2nd gen... I also have a 2nd gen ipod... now, i only use for ebook reading... I agree with jtfields... apple should still support old itouch models.. or perhaps be willing to purchase them back.
Sometimes the low percentages on otherwise standard hybrid dragons is so frustrating. I understand epics having a 6, 3, 2% chance but not basic hybrids. Been trying to get my second Current dragon for days now. Argh!!!!
My birthday is the 16th, I think Timeless has an October birthday too, so when you can only have one you can call it crustless? Thanks for the cyber vibes, looks like I will need as many as I can get Yep, tried all that, even retired my faithful old 15's to the cave and brought in a new pair, given them half a dozen tries one way round, then swopped over. Next thing is to level up further and switch the pair around!
This friends thing is really patchy, i'm 3rd gen and have got full facilities back since the upgrade thank heavens, no more having to re-load each time on my iPhone so I could gift daily
