I didn't notice the zoom out further enhancement on my iPhone, but I did notice it took about 5x longer to load. Also, the "quest" is very odd. I sent a dragon off and it didn't say anything about how long it would take or what was happening. Um...? - DD
Click on Kairos perch and you'll see the usual hourglass timer to let you know how long it takes (always 3 hours?). Of course a speed up costs gems. Remains to be seen if this is "fun" or useful. If it brings in my remaining missing pieces, I may be all for it. Soooo tired of racing.
Friends list My game started crashing a few months ago when I tried to send out gems. I think my friends list had become too long. So this morning I deleted some people. New dragon today! Adorably chunky Lunar Eclipse. Of course, I've been working on getting my first Gold Olympus, so have a crystal in one breeding island (10 hours left) and a ? Olympus in the other (5 hours left). I'm also down to 2 pieces with Kairos (both worth 150). I'm hoping to win one and then I'm slowly saving gems to buy the last one. Up to 106 gems! I'm also really really sick of racing. So glad I got the 300 gem head though, that was freaking me out.
Why did BFS have to make the Lunar Eclipse so fat? You can even see the rolls of fat on its neck and legs! I like its eyes though.
Lunar Eclipse I got one! It requires Air, Earth and Cold elements. I used Sandstorm and Cold on my upgraded EBI and got the 39 hour timer I'm excited!
Congrats, how exciting Just set off 2 Mountain/Air and got an Snow and Mountain. Sad that we did not get a new decoration, did you notice that the Solar Eclipse deco is blacked out again.
Cool tried Air + Mountain = 39 Hr first try. Nice . Plus Kairos just shaved 6 hours off both long timers in my island and cave.

No luck there (7hr fail). I'll keep on trying though, Sandstorm + Cold. First try also, Air+Mountain (39hr). Will go for display egg next. Shelving try for Silver display egg for now. Anybody know when it expires (lunar eclipse)?
DragonVale crashing To girlpower, I've noticed the updated DragonVale crash my old iPad, also. That mostly means I need to clear up memory. Reboot by pressing home and power button together until slide switch to power off appears.

Wow, got the last 2 pieces for Kairos! Unexpected! Couldn't resist summoning him and speeding up my 2 mountain fails.
Yep, I'm continually clearing minimized apps and rebooting my iPad.... it's so tedious and only helps for a couple of minutes on mine. I've also noticed the load time is taking longer (even on my iPhone) running iOS 6 and the lag when hitting the breed heart icon or hibernation cave is even worse than it was....so pleased I got my kairos cos those awful dragon races would have crashed the iPad each time GRR. Thanks so much for the tips though
