Seems like she has. I just got my Sun dragon egg - my first rare dragon (I'm only level 14, btw!). Now I'm focusing totally on getting the reindeer dragon before the next update! Have an awesome day everyone! :3 ^^
Yup! About 10 pages ago I was bitching about the same thing if u remember lol! I wanted the damn gold shrines!!!! Rawr! Congrats though! And I just got my second sandstorm! What a bitch to breed! The rares are easier!
Well, you can now get the gold shrines...by getting 50 of each type of dragon to level 15. And the ones you already have do not count. Not sure I like this new update...there don't seem to be any new dragons, you can't zoom out very far any more, and there's a ton of boring grinding added. Oh, well. Maybe they will balance it out with some new high-earning dragons, or something. But the zooming thing is really annoying--a lot of swiping around, just to see all your islands.
Unless they make food cost less or make it a lot easier to make money than this update is just a big kick in the nuts. With constant air dragon breeding all day and the right dragons to collect gold from it still takes at least a day to make enough money to plant enough food to get a single dragon from level 10-15. Now you want 50 level 15 dragons for each habitat type?!?!? Get te F out of here.
My sentiments exactly!!! Getting 350 dragons to level 15 will take years or thousands of dollars. Most unrealistic demand ever! Good thing though is that we get grass back. Snow theme was a bit crappy. Yay to new islands and habitats. I can finally have 2 of each dragons. My plan is to have 2 cold habitats with lvl 15 blue fires. I bet that will make a bit of cash. I hope there is no ceiling on how much a habitat can generate.
Update!!!!!!!! Oh my god, finally a new update for DV but I've spent all my money on food to make my dragons level 15!!!! 2 new islands and no money to buy one !!!

honestly i'm disappointed that the statues that state you need 50 level 15 dragons don't include the ones you already did. I have 4 level 15 Cold dragons but my statue says 0... that's a load of crap and unacceptable considering how much it cost to level them up AND how the statues counted towards your earlier dragons.. it needs to be fixed... Also does the dragonzai tree give you gems or only 3 more to gift?
Augh. I misread the description of the tree, and I thought it gave us 3 free gems (for ourselves) every day, so I went ahead and got it, thinking it would pay for itself over time. I thought the extra gems to be sent to neighbours every day was just...part of the update, that we got automatically. :-( Well, that was a waste. Teach me to do that kind of thing when I'm in a hurry!
^How big is the dragonzai tree? can we get a screenshot? Also I HATE that we can't zoom out as far as before......
Dragonzai tree is only useful if you have a gem for gem arrangement with 6 other people. Personally I would have liked to be able to gift 6 gems a day, as I do have a few people gifting me every day but I am not spending 100 gems to do so.
It's about the same size as a large tree--a bit smaller, actually. Pretty disappointing, all round. I thought it was going to be a huge, awesome decoration, at least, but it isn't. Can't believe I used up 100 gems on that!
Something is wrong with goal detection as well. I have a Sandstorm, Blue Fire and Aml'Lya pond. Why am I asked to get them again?
Is there a way to start a new game? I started this months ago and played for like 35 minutes then forgot about it, now I have no idea where I left of or how to play.
Finally!!!!!!!! Thank you Girlpower & all my GC friends for the gems! I was able to speed up the breeding and...... It's a Sun egg!!!!! And then read about a new update?! It's all too much! Maybe I won't retire after all Congrats to everyone else who is finally getting a bit of luck in breeding the rares!
