WHOO HOO, I have been visiting you heaps checking to see if you had been gifted enough gems to hurry the egg up.....Last night (my time) I saw that you were up to 13 gems......been out all day today but visited again just before.... lol....I held my breath when I found your nursery....and initially let out a groan cause the first thing I saw was your moon egg....OH NOOOO not a other moon....haha, but then.......I saw this shiny bright yellow egg....well I was so happy for you AJ....what a relief....well done and you are very welcome. I now have my fourth Island....all that breeding, failing and selling at least helped my coin kitty, so had plenty to buy the Island, now the task of deciding what to clear and what to put on this one....no new dragons in the update is a real shame.....but I personally could do with a bit of a rest from breeding for impossible rare dragons...just for a little while....right now I am just happy to have finally caught up. As for the shrines....well BFS seriously need stop using these as a bandaid to try and keep us interested....starting to feel that we are being taken for a ride, not to mention abusing our dedication to this app.....what's the point in levelling up to 30 just to breed 50 dragons per shrine to lvl 15.....more repetition One thing they still haven't addressed is the stupid outdated visitor messages. I just got my fourth Isalnd and still it says another Island would attract more visitors....GRR...it was saying that when we couldn't get another Island too.....the messages are so lame arent they? So happy to see the snow gone....and for me the positives are more Islands, habitats, even if they are more of the same.....if I did end up getting a second rainbow I no longer have to sell an established habitat and four of my reptile kids..... The Island takes 12 hrs to commission by the way and it's to the left of the first original one.
Mines been okay , except for a small glitch when visiting friends Islands....on about the fourth visit, I got a message come up saying not connected to Internet, even though I was, so I closed the app and re opened it, all okay again.....maybe try rebooting the app as well as your iPod?
Went and checked mine....it says 56 lvl 10 and 0 lvl 15 which is correct, checked all the other shrines too, all are reading correctly.....maybe try rebooting app? Hope it comes up for you, or maybe shoot an email off to BFS..
Oh gosh, thanks for sharing that Lao-shu....in my hurry to read and update the app this morning, I mistakenly thought we got three extra gems for free to gift out also as part of the update What a real bummer that you ended up spending 100 gems for a tree that only rewards your friends.....at least they will love you for it....hopefully you will get more friends gifting you back to try and recoup the loss
You can't exactly restart YOUR game, but you can log off in GC and create another account. That way you will actually be able to play two (or more games) at the same time and be able to befriend and gift yourself (hax?? - but is sure possible!)
Wtf This update is bs!!!! No new way to make money or food more efficiently! Unless I keep spending thousands on this game it'll take years to upgrade the park! Not only we need 50 level 50 dragons... But level 15 to lvl 20 costs exactly (81 920 * 4) + ((81 920 * 2) * 4) + (81 920 * 16) + (81 920 * 32) + (81 920 * 64) = 10 158 080.... Where the f are we suppose to get that kind of food with 100k crusting 5 mil! This is ridiculous! (yes I can confirm that it's over 10 million from level my bone dragon!) also wtf is with the new zoom?!? Pros: at level 20 ur dragons get Gold crowns crowns and get slightly bigger and obviously the shrines turn gold!!! Cool: the gem three has 6 gems on it each day and they disappear as u gift ur friends... It's kinda cool! Please give us a new way for major money / food revenue... Cause even the treasure shop doesn't cut it anymore!
Umm the counts for gold statues don't count the already leveled lvl 15 dragons... So yes the counts are right if u assume they want us to level 50 dragons to 15 whether we already have any lvl 15s or not
@feedmelol. I visited your islands. Golden shrines look good but I don't like the spinning crown on Bone dragon's head. It obstructs half the head and looks really tacked on and out of place. It should've been smaller and hovered above the head like those elemental spheres. Good effort though, mate. Your vale looks cool.
I kinda like the crowns... But I see ur point hopefully it'll be better on the other dragons... I can't wait to upgrade my sandstorm (wonder how big it'll get lol)... Although I'm debating whether to deplete all my gems or just buy food from treasure shop lol... I don't think the farms help lol.... Also I'm dreading designing these new islands like my first three... It's gonna be a b***h without being able to zoom out
The new update is interesting, but the shrines and such take waaay to long to upgrade. Here's some math on it: 327,660 = Food for level 15 dragon 16,383,000 = Food for 50 level 15 dragons (used optimally, charges 2 shrines) 819,150,000 = Gold cost for 50 level 15 dragons Yes, you can cut that gold cost in half by growing the 1 day food (25gold/food instead of 50 gold/food). It will also take you 546 days (or 1.5 years) to grow that food using all 10 farms. So the vast majority of the food you make for them will be the expensive kind. So I'll use the above gold cost for the rest 2,457,450,000 = gold cost for 150 level 15 dragons, to charge all 6 shrines That's...a lot of gold. How long will it take to get? 6,912,000 = Gold gathered per day for 12 rainbow dragons 748,800 = Gold from 1 moon and 1 sun dragon 500,000 = Gold from other dragon shrines 6,000,000 = Air dragon sales per day (assuming 6 breedings sessions per day using both breeding grounds, takes 10+ hours) 14,160,800 Total gold per day I'm assuming you want to keep at least 1 of each type of dragon in your farm. You might be able to squeeze in another rainbow dragon or two, but that doesn't change the numbers that much. 6 breedings per day for the air dragons is perhaps a low estimate, you could do more than that, but you have to do it every day for a long time so I'm assuming some days you do more and some days you do less. You could get more gold faster with boosted blue fire dragons in cold shrines, but with a cap of 30k gold on those shrines you have to collect them unreasonably often for it to be a viable strategy. So that's 174 days to get the gold you need to feed 150 level 15 dragons to get all 6 gold shrines. Almost 6 months of harvesting and breeding air dragons every single day. Whew tough part is over right? Well what's the point if we don't make our dragons level 20 right? Each type? There's 29 dragons out there now, more if you count the 2 seasonal ones (bone and reindeer). Let's call it 30. 10,485,740 = Food for level 20 dragon 10,158,080 = Food to grow a level 15 to 20 (most of your dragons will be 15 already) 304,742,400 = Food needed to make 30 level 20 dragons (assume all start at level 15) 15,237,120,000 = Cost for that food 1,076 = days needed to earn that gold using above numbers So roughly 3 years later you'll have all level 20 dragons to go with your gold shrines. Upgrading your dragons to level 20 will mean they produce gold faster, but let's face it, the vast majority of your daily gold intake will always be rainbow dragons. There are a few other things you can do to get a bit more gold/day, but this is a good rough estimate. You are looking at 3.5 years total to complete your dragon park, when you include the shrine upgrade time. Yes, I've forgotten a few things. You will arena every day for some gold. You can breed air/something dragons each night instead of water/fire to get some extra gold each day (as all the air hybrids sell for 1 million). You can harvest your shrines faster. You sell the dragons you grow to level 15 so you get some of that gold back. However, you also have to use your breeding grounds to breed those dragons you are upgrading to level 15 (can't afford the food to just grow single-type dragons). But all in all maybe you knock a few months off that timeline. You are still looking at 3+ years of breeding dragons and harvesting habitats every single day to max out your park. It's just too much. Your daily progress is too slow to be meaningful. We need more in the next update to speed things up.

Nope, wasn't me. This update just blows me away, the amount of food you need and the sheer cost of it is staggering. And to top it off, they added a bunch of new goals that any long-time player would have already achieved...yet we get no credit for it. So I've got to demolish treat farms so I can make more and upgrade them just for the achievement? And breed dragons I've already bred? There is 0 reason for them not to code it so you get credit when you log in. I think once I reach the new level cap I'm just going to sit on my cash. Seems pointless to have spent it on food and feeding dragons to 15 when I'm not getting credit for the ones that got there before the update, and of course lost out on all that XP.
Game Crash... I love this game, but on my 2nd gen ipod touch the game takes about 5 minutes to load and if im lucky the games wont crash when it is done loading, but im usually not that lucky... The game seems to always crash when the green loading bar is almost full and when the game actually loads it crashes as im doing stuff in the game and i can tell its going to crash because the game goes slow and lags so i know it is going to crash. This seriously needs to be fixed because im in love with this game, but this loading screen and crashing is taking up my time. Please help!!

-_- thats not very likely. Just recently got this ipod touch for free just two years ago and the 3rd and 4th gen ones arent cheap. And I don't really want to buy a new ipod if i already have one.
