Wow Tannorexic! That is awesome help post! I have been away from here fore a couple weeks so find your post very helpful. The only dragon I need is sun and boy I am having really bad luck lol. I got all the rest pretty easy. Before the extra island breeding cave. I was able to get 3 rainbows is 12 hours few months back lol. Anyway appreciate your post!!
Looks like Feedmelol already has updated most if not all of his dragons to level 20. I believe it is costing him a fortune in real money. Friend him through GC and have a look at his islands. Quite impressive. I am not going to even attempt leveling a single shrine to gold. Too much effort.
I was surprised people didn't already know about the earth- sandstorm thing.. I went through hell getting my first sandstorm then again with my second. I was trying air and sandstorm at first and I just got so many airs I didn't even know if it was possible to get a sandstorm that way.. Then I tried earth and after about 10 failed 5 minute attempts, I got a 2 hour wait, sped it up with gems and was surprised to see it was a sandstorm .. I thought it was an air at first cause im not good with remembering which eggs are which.. I got a moon and a sun straight after each other.. Using the same combo everyone else was using (was it fire and ice ? J can't remember now it was a while back..) But the only advice I can give on that would be just don't even try breeding the sun/moon combo unless itS AM as am gives sun PM gives moon. Then you have to have 48 hours for another moon and that makes it tedious. Only breed them during the daytime or late at night after 12am and you'll probably get a sun pretty quick.. They don't seem too be too hard to get.. Alot of people have multi suns and no moons or multi moons and no suns.. But a success of a moon would have been the success of a sun if they had waited a few hours til AM since the dragon has the same formula and is only determined by AM or PM alone
help plz Hey guys I haven't played for awhile and just got back to playing a short while before Christmas. I've randomly hatched a reindeer dragon but I'm still in need of a sun, moon, and sandstorm dragon what are good combos for these? Thanks!!!!
Breeding I think a factor in breeding also has to do with the position of the dragons in the list where you select which dragons to breed. I've noticed after breeding a few times, dragons will drop position on the list. And so maybe the higher up on the list the dragon is the better chance you have of producing a rare dragon? I'm just trying to find any sort of logic in breeding, which everyone pretty much is lol has anyone else noticed that or suspected it?
Thanks for the advice about breeding sun only in the morning. That's what really seems to make difference? I have 2 moons in nursery and one on 3rd island. They are beautiful. I have a question... I bought the 4th island but what I am surprised about is you cannot get more habitats!, I don't like that at all. Seems more islands then you should be able to have more habitats!! Does anyone know if you are ever allowed more habitats? Like if you reach a higher level or something? Also always open to new friends Thanks
Funny thing happened - I upgraded my Quake from lvl 13 to 14 and it shrank in size, instead of getting bigger. Oh well.... BTW, I also folded like a cheap suit and bought the damn dragon tree. There are more than 3 people gifting me gems every day so I felt bad not reciprocating on a timely basis. I wish it was bigger though so that it would look like a proper expensive decoration instead of just another tree. Regarding sun and moon breeding at a certain time: I bred one of my moons at 6am and the second one at 5pm. My sun I bred after 7 am. Someone said that timing for breeding is not important - its all just chance. That could be true as well.
So i now have all Dragons and all shrines at silver status.....although i have no idea how long its going to take to upgrade those statues to Gold Status. I really wish there was an added incentive, like a next stage in evolution for the dragons instead of a cheesey ball above their head.
I bred fire on left storm on right. I was trying to get a either a sun or moon dragon, but kept getting a lava. About the tenth time i got a blue fire, for some reason, and still havent gotton sun or moon
Lol there is! For only 10 million food u can get a gold crown instead -.- take alook at my island if u want to see the gold statues/ lvl 20 dragons
Confirmed, Sandstorm hates me! Thanks for your great post, I had been trying on and off for a second sandstorm using air/sandstorm incl. reverse but always ended up with air. Well, considering it took me months to get first Sandstorm (already posted on this issue a few times now) so as soon as I read your post I thought OMG this sounds brilliant......haha, day two now and so far, 6 earths, 5 airs....got all excited with my first two hr timer, thinking I had cracked the sandstorm code.....as soon as I saw the egg....I realized and remembered both have same breeding time. I have used most of my new earth babies, fed up to lvl 10 and bred from them but so far two days in and still trying.....at least these count towards the stupid shrine, but starting to go through the food fast with 5 min timers...... Each time I see a 2 hr timer, I laugh now ....just makes me dislike Sandstorm even more anyway
