Confessions of shame Never did it in the little room (yet....LOL), but I confess using this Ipad from work a lot for DV and few other games and a little less for work, though I love it for work. But every once in a while I pretend to connect my Ipad to to charge in the windowsill at work and then quickly (yes....with the sound off of course!) emptying the habitats and farms, handing out new assignments, quickly put two dragons to breed. Even do it sometimes in councilmeetings that I attend for my work. Getting quite quick at my DV maintanance! Kids love DV too and play DV even for 5 monutes as I take m to school and when I put them to bed and check DV and the sound is not low enough....usually the eldest says from the bedroom 'dad.......are you playing DV.....? Can I have a look with you...?'. And -shame on me- sometimes I dare to reply 'no son, it was just still active, I am checking my email now....'. How low will I go for this game......shame on me! Good part is that I promised them that I will translate all my posts and replies for them so there is a big confession to make Anyway, got the panlong in the making too. Amazingly third time lucky with level 10 mud and new level 10 blazing in the regular breeding cave. Hope it's not getting too easy
You do make me laugh!!!! I'm never seen without my iPad now! It's like a physical blow when I have to go to work and leave it behind! Thankfully I only work 3 days a week so I have 2 whole days to myself when kids are at school, UNINTERUPTED PLAY TIME!!! Does that sound sad?? My hubby and kids have given up asking me if they can use my iPad now, my glare says it all! Go and have a look at garden of time, I DARE YOU! Would be nice to have another friend there!

I got all my dragons through hard work?? No probably not, it was sheer luck!! Just kept trying and trying! Did get my first panlong on the first try though! Not having any luck with second sun/moon second panlong breeding at the moment after about 10 fails! Good luck with your breeding! Another gem will be winging its way to you soon!
Ha ha ha!!!! If I had wifi at work think I would be doing the same!!!! Your kids have done a good job on your islands! Won't let my kids near mine!! They can look but not touch! Except to collect money for me, that can get a bit tedious at times!
Sorry, no gems to cheats Just removed a DV friend from which I noticed had a 12 figure score on DV GC. Maybe I am a bit of a puritan here, but I don't really feel comfortable with giving gems to a player apparantly using a cheat. We all have our weak moments and buy gems every now and then ( though I managed to do without for sthg like 6 weeks now and hoping to keep that up!), but I just feel that there's plenty of noncheating players who more deserve the gems. So word of warning from me: if you use cheats, please don't ask to be my friend. There are others in dire need and I am sure you'll cehat your way into more gems somehow..

Got my Pan dragon egg just this morning. Mud and Blazing in the epic. As soon as he hatches I'm naming him Peter...as in Peter Pan. Okay, okay...I get one really bad joke per day right? Oh, and by the way, sometimes in the morning I will wait for my girlfriend to wake up and head downstairs. I pretend I'm still asleep, but after she leaves I spend 15 minutes or so attending to my dragons. That's my confession.
Yep, I totally agree, there has been comments about this way back on this forum and I have also removed a GC friend because of this Personally don't see the point in playing the game plus they use cheats to acquire dragons and gems....and even posted a how to on here. Do you look at the GC $ earnings these jailbreakers have acquired! Enjoyed your fess up post btw Hope you have made amends with your son by now Archer????

Yes I knew about PP off line, took my iPad to work the other day to show it to someone (yeah right, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!) and was showing them my games, of course that meant I had to have a little play when no one was looking!! So sad!!!! Check out garden of time! Go on, you know you want to!! I'm in the kitchen cooking dinner at the moment and trusty iPad is with me, you can always make time!!
Dragonvale Shrine questions I'm at level 19 and had a few questions about how the shrines work: 1- For hybrid dragons, do you need to get 50 level 10 dragons of all the elements in that dragon in order to get it past level 10 or is one element enough? For example, for a tree (= plant + earth) dragon, do I need 50 level 10 plants and 50 level 10 earths? Or will just 1 do? 2- When you get a new shrine, it counts the # of level 10 dragons you have of that element and any new level 10 dragons even if you sell them. However, does it count any level 10 dragons that you sold BEFORE getting the shrine?
Arrrrrrggggggg Why am I unable to get the panlong or frost fire dragons I've been breeding like crazy and in still not getting them :'( I also haven't bred the sun dragon either just a moon and that took a lot of time as well....

the secret confessions of DV club OMG! Catching up on the forum & lol reading everyone's "confessions"! I've always been a big fan of dragons- have quite a nice collection of dragon things. Loved the Eragon series! Actually found DV by doing a "dragon" search in the App Store a couple weeks after it's launch. (timing is everything ) Been totally addicted ever since! Housework? Naaa! Getting to work at a decent time? Never! (can work some at home & make my own hours- lots easier to stay home & tend to my DV babies ) Oh, & if I get up in the middle of the night I will many times do a quick coin & food collect & maybe even try to breed a new pair. (I really am sick...) Still no luck getting Frosty or Panlong. Saving for my 5th isle so I've backed off of leveling up for shrines. Almost there. Good luck all in breeding dragons you need!
Ha ha ha! So good to see I'm not the only sad one out there, I think my family were starting to worry about me! At least I can show them this forum and they can see I'm not the only one addicted and shirking on housework! Good luck breeding your missing dragons
