Yes, I have seen those advertised at isohunt. I am not interested in purchasing a package though I will ask to try one if someone I know does buy that gizmo.
I don't think so, because their vid says that it delivers Nicotine. Someone at the Bethesda forum said that the benefit is that it doesn't also give people around you cancer (so you keep all the "benefits" to yourself). Me neither. At first I was like, maybe I can buy this for my dad if it's good for quittin'. Nah, I doubt it The batteries in those things shouldn't carry too much power anyways.
