If this were to happen, ngmoco would charge WAY more than that. Look at the prices for cells now. So stage 5 would cost like... 50$ or more. (It would cost more because the 30$ amount of power cells last a certain amount, these shorter Recharge times should cost more.) Also if this was implemented, they can say those cells are solar charged or something just so it can fit in with the story line in the intro and stuff.
