That screen shot looks brilliant Gameloft when you produce games that look as great as this, please clone all you like

 

Looks great, Gameloft is incredible.

 

I don't think anyone was expecting a Final Fantasy XIII clone. Nice! I thought it was going to be a Final Fantasy VII/VIII clone for sure. It's good to see that they went a little more modern though, especially in terms of eliminating those pesky random encounters that just about everyone hates these days.

 

Yeah ign seem to be pretty impressed with their preview. I'm looking forward to it even more now, I just hope there isn't much voice acting because Gameloft hasn't learn what good voice acting is yet.

 

Spiderman was the only game to have good voice acting, or maybe my memory is bad?

 

Gameloft is announcing a new game one year before release? Any chance that the release date in the ign article is a mistake?

 

Other places say it's supposed to be out this month or next month.

 

Actually I called this exact aping of FFXIII, several pages back. I was right.

Gameloft has announced six games, officially. All six of them will be out by the end of January. This may be Gameloft's biggest run ever. The appstore is only really "open" for three weeks in december (I don't think games can be uploaded to itunes during the week of Christmas), so concievably they could release what amounts essentially to six games in six weeks. i hope they improve the voice acting. After reading hands on preview and seeing some of the screen shots I have high hopes for this game though

 

The character models look pretty good!

 

So, it's turned based? Those shots look nice...and colorful.

 

I hope this isn't a straight-up turn-based RPG. Even some sort of real-time turn-based system (like in Final Fantasy VI) would be better.
