I think not because you get off in Las Vegas after being stabbed and left for dead. Then, you try to figure out who tried to kill you. That is just speculation, and I haven't heard anything officially.
at the end of fallout 3 your person dies because of the water purifier in the jefferson memorial then later revived by elder lyons and the people at the citadel. but im getting the colectors edition so i can get the novel
The game has multiple endings depending on what you do... Also I am immensely looking forward to this I know they are going to have some northern California areas in the game so I hope to see some of the bigger cities near me lol.
oh sorry, i just kinda figured you beat it, but like nippy said depending on your actions you preforn throughout the game the ending will change, thats just what i did
