The devoloper of Urban Tycoon makes (and made) allways promises about upcoming features. But none of them have been ever published.
sorry i'm just bitter Urban Tycoon promised weekly updates, which didn't happen, and the game is practically unplayable...2.0 is suppose to come out maybe by 2010 fieldrunners is however playable...but i remember everyone said it will be so much better once the update occurs i remember hearing it was submitted, but wasn't it suppose to come out last week?
today tuesday will have been one week since update was submitted November 11th. Looks like it failed to be approved or either they are swamped and need to hire more patent approvers.
Urban Tycoon is an Urban Legend. The dev made such a hype before releasing the game, misleading everyone to believe it was the greatest thing since Sim City itself, combining the best of both worlds: Sim City and Tycoon City. He also promised weekly update until the release of Urban Tycoon 3D in December. All the lies.. All the lies..
man im surprise if they get rejected thats just bullshit i starting to think they never even send the updates in
All feel like suckers now? I can't believe i brought into this shit as well. I guess that's how all those multi-level or pyramid scheme works...
I think you guys are being way too harsh here. Its all up to Apple once submitted. My app took about 2 months to get through their process, and then got rejected. Give them more time. I am sure you will get your updates.
Fieldrunners is somewhat of a deep game and therefore it will take a lot longer for it to be released but I would expect it to come out this week.
I have it on good authority that the individual responsible for testing fieldrunners at Apple hadn't played the game before, and is insanely hooked on it and hasn't slept or eaten in three days and is being dragged off to the doctors, whilst franticly trying not to let wave 99 through. Unfortunately he forgot to click Approve before being taken to hospital, so now other team members have had to start testing the app from scratch, and they aren't getting anything else done, so it could be awhile.
