The devs (on the official forums) state it's not supported at all, that it's not powerful enough. I know you want to play it... but it's not worth the risk of paying £14.99 for!!

    Will do

From what I understand from the official forums... you can't watch the full 90 match...it is limited to the various highlight modes due to technical limitations... http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/424513-Football-Manager-Classic-2015-for-Android-iOS-OUT-NOW!?p=10270193&viewfull=1#post10270193

Not played a match myself yet - too busy scouting etc :)

The link proved to be a big help in getting answers on my questions. The match only played in highlights is a deal breaker for me. I will wait for FM 2016.
    Thanks for the info.

I'm glad I checked out their forum as I don't want to pay $25 for highlights. Also in their forums I heard there's a lot of lag on tablets so for me unfortunately I won't be getting this reluctantly. I've been waiting for the full version but this is about 3/4 of the PC game and laggy.

Sega have my $25 next year if they provide the full uncut, uncensored version exactly as on PC.

I do get a bit of lag on every screen yes, it doesn't open straight away - but not enough to stop me playing. Also I do know what you mean about the scrolling, you just need to be really sensitive with it.
Forgive me, I don't think I play the game like others so I don't know exactly what you mean by highlights...but I play on 2D classic, and it does the whole game for me, like in the full game... is that what you mean? I think it might just be 3D that is different?

Yes I meant the 3D. On PC you can see the game in 3D. I suppose the highlights in 3D on tablets is enough and I'm still thinking of getting this. Is it worth the price?? I think the price has doubled? Since last year?? What's worth the extra?

As I said I'm still interested just trying to justify the price.

Price doubled since last year? This is the first year that this version is offered on tablets. So, this is the first price that this app has ever had. I think I paid $40 for the full Mac game and $10-20 for FMH and a couple IAP bonuses.

You are confusing with Football Manager Handheld. That one still exists, and it’s the same price as always. This one is a first and the price tag is higher simply because it has a tons of content that the “Handheld” version doesn’t.

PES Club Manager has a great 3d match engine and is for iPhones.
I've only played a bit so far, but it seems good.
So any other iPhone users, who want a footy manager with a 3d match engine... I suggest trying it out.... As this doesn't look like it will be coming to our devices

Ok thanks but what's the main difference just more content? I bought the handheld one for years but there was never much added each year.

If this isn't handheld and not the full PC version then what is it? I'm interested still but a bit confused.

The PC version has a 'classic mode' option which is basically the same as the full FM just some of the more intricate parts are removed allowing you (in theory!) to play through seasons quicker whilst your assistant does a lot of the donkey work.

It's far more in depth and has more playability (and the 3d engine) than the Handheld version. Hence the pricing.
