      Yep, minimal upgrades have always been free.

      Apparently, you didn't read the the original post. It links to the pocketgamer article in which it states that 3.1.3 is free "for everyone," even those who are running the older (i.e. 2.x) OS.

      That is the point of this thread. If you would have read the article, you would "already know this." :rolleyes:
