It's definitely weird. Other than giving it access to my friends list, and making an actual calls I have tried almost every single option in the app, including tweeting about it. Do I need to give it access to my friends list? Or maybe because I am using it on the iPad, and not the iPhone? Dunno, I am just a little confused.
Well, looks like it should have worked. It worked for me on an iPad. But, as mentioned earlier, I have other apps that never registered the credit.
Email support, they'll look into your history and see what credits should have been awarded. Other people having issues with comm, email support! *I just registered with comm myself and got my credits on iPod. We are seeing people with all devices getting credits, so email if you aren't and we will look into it. Also, please say what country you are in so we can better help you.
Thank you Dorgi, I have emailed FMA support regarding comm credits. I forgot to mention my country in the original Email, but I have now mentioned it in the reply to the response email I received from FMA.
Seems like we had some issues with some countries. If you email support, you should get credits by the end of the day, though obviously when there are country issues we have lots of support tickets to go through. Don't worry though, you should be fine!
Ya, I just hope you all read Comm's Privacy Policy, because upon the fully completed registration, you've agreed that they can use all information you provided - including your phone number and real name - for marketing purposes by them AND by third parties. That means that you allowed them to sell your personal data for promotional and marketing purposes. In exchange for roughly 2 bucks. Don't complain if you suddenly receive advertising calls and SMS at any time of the day or they spam you per Email. Even more, if you registered by logging into facebook on Comm, they'll have your full profile, including your likes, dislikes and any information you've shared on your facebook account. Last but not least, you also allowed them to sell this information, too. This is very valuable stuff for marketing companies and they pay quite a lot for it. Maybe this wasn't a little piece of your soul... this was more like a huge chunk of it. I avoided to take the last step and haven't agreed to their terms of service... at least not with my real data. But the most funny thing is, when you've allowed them to access your contacts, they have the phone numbers, adresses, Emails and other info of all on your device stored contacts. That's quite a pile of info for 540 credits on FMA. Would be worth more, maybe tenthousand credits.
It's easy. Use the search bar on the right to search for whatever app you want. When it comes up, click on more info. You will be taken to a screen that tells you how many g the app costs and there will be a button that says "get with gooms."
You don't need to allow the app access to your contacts, you really did that? And personally I used an old phone number that'll expire soon. And fake details.
If you can't find an app just find the iTunes link for that app (I'm using Riven for iPad as an example) and look for the id number: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/riven-for-ipad/id536344854?mt=8 In this case it's 536344854. Then go to https://www.gnomeescape.com/appleapps/appleapp/536344854 (or plug in the id# of the app you want) and you can redeem it.
