I just want to give GE the praise they deserve: I reviewed all of today's apps, and already have ALL of my gnomies credited. I sent in screenshots taken by holding home+power before I submited the reviews. One email per review, though it's certainly possible you could send in a batch at a time. Just make sure to email them to [email protected] (or is it 2 e's? I forgot). I provide my name, itunes nickname, and email address. They are the friendliest, most helpful group of people in the app-redeeming business. I wonder if they're still in beta.
Indeed, it's just easier to leave the reviews there. They'll see it, as they have an excellent staff. Besides sending in those kind of emails delays other important emails with questions or issues people might have.
The I can't download Wind up knight from GE. App store prevents me me no matter how many times I retry Lol just after posting this the app began downloading That's just strange...
Yeah, I agree, I have never had to send in a screenshot, and they have always credited me correctly, so its wasted effort unless they do miss one over 2 days old.
Well, I'm used to the old GE, when sometimes you waited days before you were credited. I'm not trying to spam them; it says on their site: Email review to get gnomies quicker, or something like that. I'm in no rush; I just find it easier to keep track of what I've reviewed.
I think that was for when iTunes was bugged and reviews took forever, but if it's working for you then keep doing it. Never hurts to get points early just in case something goes on sale and you need those points to get enough to redeem it.
I didn't get anything on my iPhone, but my iPad mini got 1 spin. Ah okay. Just checked my iPod Touch. A popup shows you get 1 free spin for logging on daily now. I wonder why it didn't show up on my iPhone.
