Free app providers discussion and updates

oh and ive been using freemyapps for a long while so im not a newb to it. lol

 

those are winnable. I have won in the past. Just keep coming back every day, submitting your entry.. and one day - it will come.

 

Yep... no credit for Castle HD, BingoBong and others... many apps lately w/no credit. I've emailed support (FMA) and got 1) auto response and 2) lot of volume we'll get back to you ... and nothing now for a few days.

 

i thought maybe it was only me. maybe something i did to my phone.

 

Monster inc just showed up and i downloaded it and got the credits just fine. kind of a fun game also lol

I am in Western Europe, and I haven't seen any of these, only the Monsters.Inc runner. I check at least twice daily too, mornings and evenings and more frequently Wednesdays and Thursdays. Ipad 2. Well, I am glad that Freemyapps isn't dying, at least.

This thread is for free games and sales, there is one thread called Freemyapps which stuff like this is usually posted on. Maybe a mod could change that thread name to Free App Services, or maybe I will start a new one soon with the first 3 posts a link to all services and an abbreviations list.

On a serious note, how many GE apps did you guys get between testerday and today? IIRC there were 5 apps I reviewed.

Is Year Walk worth it? it took me days to earn over 50,000 points. I dont know if I want to spend it all on Year Walk. The reviews are saying it's a short game so I dont know what to make of it. Wait it out?

 

I haven't played it yet, playing through a game of civilization first. And I hear YW is very short as well, but the puzzles and figuring out the map will keep you busy. All the reviews seemed to be amazing as well. 50k takes a bit to earn, buts not all that bad IMO.

 

Is there a centralized post with the skinny on the best sites to use? I'd like to get back into doing this again, but it's gone a little crazy.

 

If you're starting from scratch, I would just use Gnome Escape. Every app price tier costs the same amount of points; every review you do gives you the same amount of points. You don't have to constantly visit the site; sponsors don't suddenly appear.
