I've been saying this for a long time. They gave me promo codes for Midway Arcade and Tetris after apologizing for the time it took to reward me my gnomies...after it took about a day an a half. FAS? They don't have support, they use Zendesk (though I saw a post in this thread directing users to a DIFFERENT email address), which sends automated replies and hope you don't log in to Zendesk to pursue the ticket...which works, since a) it's not worth the trouble and they aren't likely to reimburse your spins anyway, and b) it was just in the tech news that Zendesk was hacked, spilling the data on tons of Twitter users.
yeah first the game is released for $2.99 and then screw every early adopter and make it for a dollar just a few days after the release and now it's free on GE wonder what's next

I'm sorry to hear that you lost credits! To prevent this from happening in the future, here are directions for locating your redemption code in case you missed it the first time through: 1.) From the home screen (the screen with the slot machine), tap on the Facebook icon at the top center. This will take you to the My Account menu. 2.) From the My Account menu, tap on the Redeemed Prize Status button. This will bring up a list of the prizes that you have redeemed. 3.) Tap on the prize from the list. You have to wait for the reviews to get on iTunes which may take a while. GE has very good customer support so if you have any problems, they will definately try and help you fix it.
