Ge gives you what I believe is a "gift code", like when you click on the gift this app button in itunes. They aren't promo-codes; you couldn't review the app if they were. This is only for paid apps, of course. So the game isn't "really" free. Except for you and me
There is the message "Amazon gift cards are on the Prize Wall now!" on FAS twitter, but I don`t see any of it...
I bought the game already. So I am going to try to get the code to give to my niece. Anyone know the best way to do this? I assume if Log out before redeeming, I should get the code right?
I'm fairly new to GE. I'm not getting my apps sent to my email for some reason. Then I relized there paid apps. I'm so confused.
Yes sign out from iTunes and open the link that GE sent you, you'll find the code at the end of the URL
So you redeemed your gooms for paid apps or are you talking about the free hits ? free hits are the apps they send to you to download and review to get gooms so you can use them to redeem any app you want, this process might take a while because you have to wait till iTunes approve your review and someone from GE see it.
Not sure why they're wasting their money!(*cough cough* marketing strategy *cough cough*) but shouldn't you be thanking them?
Gnome escape occasionally gifts its members. Don't worry Tilt, you got some good reviews out of this, and if you know nothing about it, they must have been paid for by Gnome Escape. They gave Peggle away, Mega Man X (iirc), a bunch of other in the past. I think the GE community is still small enough for them to pull it off.
Getting through winter, so things will start picking up as we head into spring. Got four apps launching in next three days, if you guys want the inside scoop. I have no idea of the specific times or bids though :/ Also, is that GE promoted Spunk and Moxie game any good? Haven't played a good 2d platformer since Rayman.
