hey, i tried to register with bestreviewapp but i couldnt because it seems like hotmail was off for some minutes, it also happened with ge today, any ideas to make bestreviewapp send me an activation email again? and what about ge, can i ask them for email re-sending?
nvm i figured it out on bestreviewapp, any help with ge? edit: btw im talking about apps on ge, not registering on ge
I hope I understand your situation correctly. You have lost the links for apps that GE emailed you. When I was new to GE, I remember downloading an app directly from the App Store (without clicking on the GE link). I wrote my review, and forgot about it, because back then I thought I wouldn't have the patience to stick with GE (as an aside, I now own over 16000 gooms!). A few days later they wrote me an email (in response to another one I had written them), and gave me 200 gooms for that one app I had directly downloaded and reviewed. They recommended that in the future I click on the link they email me for each app. The most impressive bit was that they gave me the gooms without me even asking for them. In fact, I had completely forgotten about that review until they told me about it! It was only 200 gooms, but that was what really roped me in. Now, I'm a goom fiend. GE gets an enormous amount of praise in this thread, and it's well-deserved. They obviously have the best customer service by far, and considering my little experience above, since you have lost the GE-generated links, I recommend that you download the apps directly from the App Store, write your review, and then when the review shows up, email screenshots to GE explaining briefly why you couldn't download from the links they emailed you. Chances are, they will credit you the gooms even if you don't email them the screenshots, but if you want to be absolutely sure, then screenshots would be the way to go. Also, a big shout out to Appdog, I made 8 bucks in two days, though the apps have dried out since. Now I see tons of apps that give you 2 bones, but I don't think they are worth the time. Also, thank you for the bestappreview recommendation. I reviewed a free app yesterday, and got $0.5 within a few hours. I'm waiting for a few free ones to show up since I don't feel comfortable buying apps from them yet.
my reviews for GE are usually about what your sentence looks like above. pointing out what the game is about, if any iaps, the good or bad; gameplay, graphics, music/sound etc. a few apps can be a nice paragraph long if I like it and it need some fixes, or options added to improve the app/game. apps for reviews appear between 5-8 per week. get 200 points per review = need 1250 for $1 app, 2488 $2, 3738 $3, 8738 $7 etc so you can almost get $1 per week in points. I cashed out too many times to count, mabe 20+. I usually get the on sale app/game that's $1-$3. I don't ever save $20-$30 in points, because I'd be kicking myself if there is a system point change or they go out of Biz in the past you got an extra 150 points for downloading the provided paid code app, along with 200 points to review it. the extra 150 in gone now, but system is still great!
I was asking about bestreviewapp, but yeah GE is great FMA is rather slow these days, and I'm thinking of stopping using Appnana, that one takes ages to reach about $5.
Yep You can make very easy $1 by trying out apps. Some offer 50 bones (0.50),some 10-20 bones, and some offer only 2.But there are constantly new offers. After FMA,this is the second best atm for me. FAS doesn't have Amazon GC's and when they restock I am always late I don't use GE because Apple has removed the ability to write Reviews (don't know the reason) on my account, and GE is a waste of time I think (who wants promos instead of their time to write reviews).I like to be paid with Amazon GC's.
GE is NOT a waste of time, and there are no promos (do you mean referral links? Because GE doesn't have them). Don't you have to BUY the apps for these 2 new services, then rely on the kind-hearted nature of their staff to pay you back? No thanks. Sounds like a scam in the making. Who's to say, once the user base grows large enough, that they don't simply walk away with your money and don't pay out? Or they close like many other app sites have? Besides, paying cash for reviews is unethical. If my money was at stake, I'm sure I would feel the pressure to write a good review. GE? I've left one star, slammed the app, and gotten my points. And if you only want Amazon credit, why are you on TA?
10-20 bucks for reviewing ONE app. I'm going to flat out say it: I see a scam in the making. Maybe they removed your reviewing credentials because you were being paid to write reviews?
ok Greyskull I know you like GE but no need to appear so aggressive =) btw we need Amazon cards to take a break from our app addiction Imagine how my iDevice will be flooded with apps I don't even touch if all I redeem are apps and iTunes cards. The app hype never die down here in TA
