Our usual hours are like 9:30 to 5:30, but we work from home at night and on the weekends. Are you talking about just the golden tickets cards? Those are manually uploaded so a person on our team has to do it, so you are more likely to see them come up during our work hours, but they are still often put on at night and on weekends to make it a bit fairer for international users.
It was up today, some 4-5 hours ago, too. It's not a new app tho - you may have not seen it because it was already offered about half a year ago.

Things are pretty normalized right now, but there are still worries floating around. Our office isn't far from the site so I know some people are working from home, I imagine the same is true for other companies in the area. The trains are running again, everyone had to walk to a working station yesterday because a lot of the stations were shut down. One of the FMA team was actually at the marathon, but luckily wasn't at the finish line. Lots of calls made yesterday because everyone knew someone in the race or watching it.
