I'm curious...what sort of message did they give when they denied redemption? Apptrailers tried that crap on me a while ago, telling me my account had been suspended. I think the same company runs both. Luckily, I know how to word a business email. They backpedalled immediately.
Care to elaborate on that? As far as I know, I have been able to get free apps from them without any problem. Other than missing few spins, I have never really tried their customer service.
First, begin with a proper header. Second, have a decent grasp of the English language. Third, the tone should be one of controlled anger, but not blatantly disrespectful...maintain common professional courtesy, but be forceful. Fourth: be an adult, or at least act like one. Most importantly, specify actions you intend to take if the situation is not resolved. Soon. Be demanding, and make specif threats. Apptrailors is available on the appstore...I told the developer/company that if the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, I would contact Apple to lodge a complaint with the company, specifically to have the app pulled, and I would contact the zbetter abusiness Bureau. Some other stuff possibly. Knowing how to properly correspond is a valuable asset. I had some problems with iTunes and Apple called me instead of relying on web-support. In addition, I was credited with 3 movie rentals for my trouble. It wasn't even a major issue. I recently was refunded on an app purchase; it took place immediately instead of the normal 24-72 hours. I'm sure Apple's customer database has a flagging system which divides customers into different "classes"; in other words, importance. It's better to be higher than lower.
You don't get a message you just push confirm and you get back to the rewards page. So basically nothing happends.
What is genome? And how it works? Edit : got it.Have another question.I reviewed an app how long will it take to get the gooms.
