Yup, seems that the dart is not free and require IAP. I just downloaded today so must be the latest version. EDIT: Ok. It seems that after a while, the game will notify you that the no ADS and darts will be free to try. i don't know for how long.
Darts is in ACME pack and it cost $1.99 to purchase the ACME pack (stated in US iTunes App Store). Question now is do we need to IAP to participate the contest? EDIT: I try to close the game entirely, re-launch again this time there is a pop-up said that the app is climbing up to the chart and thanks for support bla bla.. Then everything is unlock!
