My teacher tought my a game where you can't be the last one to erase a stick. It starts like this. III IIII IIIII IIIIII You can erase however many sticks from a row you want at a time. I'd make this game since it's pretty simple, but I don't have a mac, and I'm not sure how to develop a smart AI.
You are a fly. You fly around different rooms of a house trying to eat as much food as possible before you are killed by the frustrated people. As you eat more food you fly slower so you have to strategically plan you're movements. Different rooms are different difficulty levels. This could be In an awesome 3d world or you could make it 2d with joystick or line drawing controls.
