What you said below makes it sound like you expect them to update you on every minor detail thats going on. They have millions of customers worldwide. Be patient for god sake and wait for a reply.
It's hardly a minor detail when it doesn't work. I would not purchase an app if the only thing I got it for was in an unannounced BETA.
