Is it OK to make a guitar hero clone if all graphics, sounds and other assets are original and free to use? I have understood that the game concept itself cannot be copyrighted, so that's something I can copy 100% without doubts, right?
well, i don't know if Guitar Hero have copyright for the concept. Maybe for the guitar design accesory. But for the concept himself, i doubt. It's clearly a dance dance revolution revisited
