well i havent been able to update my firmware due to slow internet......and i was wondering if there any new games that i can download that are still available for firmware 2.1 i have pretty much all the older games...and help would be helpful.....thx.
ouch... apple should release a CD or something with the firmware on it for people with slow or no internet and most games out now dont work with firmware that low. most games only work with 2.2.1 and up. but now they're making 3.0 only games
It's probably frowned upon but under the circumstances I think you should try and download the update from "somewhere else" and use a download manager so you don't have to get the whole thing at once.
Try going to a your friends house and downloading the firmware, then put it on a USB and take it home.
