In all fairness, we had literally one patch that nerfed stuff (not counting fixing exploits as nerfs). This last patch for ex focused on making the entire campaign easier and buffing some underpowered stuff. And yes, we do have a new update which should be submitted soon... hoping to squeeze in some new campaign waves as well, but no promises yet on that for this update. So far change-log is looking like this: Added the ability to craft specific weapon types (5 crystals) Generally increased the strength of Towers Buffed some stuff that needed buffing Added functionality to sell all equipment of a type and rarity Added inverse look options Fixed a bug where Dwarf Miners would get stuck inside the castle walls Fixed a bug where wall units projectiles were disappearing when attacking very close enemies Fixed a bug with the Mana Save skill in versus Fixed a bug where Redguard units would stutter when grouping up around you Fixed a bug where units would sometimes constantly stutter between choosing targets Added a fix for double fortify exploit in coop mode
Didnt they mentioned before that they are testing their own servers? They dont have control of the current setup coz it's in GC's control.
Cleared all waves and controlling 100% of the lands. But still feel something amiss that I can only cast a few active skills sparingly during a battle. Since I can only cast a few active skills in a battle, very often the battle felt like a grinding affair for the heroes and calling up the right units for the occasions. Nothing wrong with this. Except that I played H&C1 to death and much prefer H&C1 timer system. I cannot spam active skills but neither do I feel restricted. Previously players were spamming, now I am constantly asking myself why did I put points into some of the active skills during battles.
Concerning the treasure chests I really wish that "treasures" could just be added to your heroes after a player has cleared all the campaign waves or reached a certain level. Running around in the same outposts over and over again just to get 1 crystal or 2 feels repetitive.
Maybe most multiplayer "timeouts" are related to pausing the game the unofficial way. As said, when receiving iOS messages that need input ("OK") or when you accidently hit the home button, 4-finger-swipe, hit a suddenly appearing notification center pop-up. Whenever those things happen, my game is paused and will say "the connection timed out" after resuming.
You can repeat that 10 Crystals per minute for as long as you want, without having to reconquer any lands. Granted you'll have to lose all lands first, but only once. It's not like it's hard to get them back.
Well this crash occurs before it reaches the servers, it happens before you even enter the "location menu". You basically crash while still in the menu with the guildmaster. Please don't share. The only person he should be sharing with is FM so they can fix the exploit.
Seiges and defending lands is way too easy now. I basically afk to seige a land. Come on I want a challenge please...
Hey Foursaken why not add a difficulty option? Like choosing the difficulty of opponents by choosing how many gems they are worth through the scribe, if that makes ANY sense
I understand how difficult it is to find the right balance. Duivs's suggestion may well be the definitive solution if anything is.
