Looks like everyone has hit a brick way I think it game over unless someone can tell me how to make the sound backward so I can understand it I do not know what program to use
Any hints for what to use to extract the video from youtube so I can chop it? I've only been able to grab the audio.
I'm pretty sure the audio is not backwards, just chopped in bits. According to garbot1, there's video to catch as well.
I think I figured out what Garbot lol between the lines means actually look between the lines and you see letters I'll see if I can decode it
I am getting "The answer's your number". Am I heading down the path to the solution or the path to nowhere?
So here is what I am trying to figure out. By matching when a certain line shows up in sync with the audio. The line I used is a horizontal line in the upper left quadrant of the video. There are some other lines but this one stood out the most. The sound pieces I came up for my first attempt are : "all vers c er ins ma". Mixing an matching comes up with words like CALL MAIN SERVER(S). MAIN doesn't sound right when pieced together in the audio and of course nothing is coming up from that. My second attempt came up with: "all vers c er n s i g ma" again words like SMALL CALL CALLING SERVER(S) MY (ma). Which sounds closer to the actual word when pieced together in the audio. Still no go. The reason I got two different sets was I was using VirtualDub to try and piece out the sounds to the lines. The second attempt was basically by eyeballing it while listening to the video.
I'm just guessing here but... There are a bunch of lines (horizontal and vertical) which form on the screen. I think that if you edit the visuals so that the animated lines multiply continuously until the end... you'll find the audio solution that you are looking for... Of course I could be wrong

Sounds strange but what the heck... and Bingo! it worked 3. I'll nominate staulcub to share the points since he pointed me to keepvid.com

Be on the look out for more puzzles!!
Nice work cjsbug! Dedication man! I think its neat to see how and what people use to solve these puzzles. I heard someone mention Audacity, which I was also using. It is a really great audio editing program that works on both Windows and Linux platforms. As I also mentioned I was using VirtualDub to page thru the video frame by frame and also see the audio at the same time. I know you can do some video editing with it but I hadn't tried. I'm curious to find out what other people were using for their video editing.
Hover Worldians, Would you all be so kind as to vote for my Flight Doodle contest submission on Facebook? http://on.fb.me/dxgdfz
