Oh ok thanks. I just found out a little more about Graal because of my little cuz leaving his iPod on for almost 7 on that game so he could get lots of money or something he was telling me about. I'll try it out.
re: the 'crappy MUD' myth Nevermind nephilim_apps - I've been trying to get him to try my game but he is a young'un who thinks MUD is a dirty word. But then again, he thinks everything sucks so I don't take it personally. If anyone else here is in the mood for something with depth, below are some promo codes for Bedlam MMORPG ($6 value each). It's true that the server is text-based, but it's not a browser MMO--it's a real-time, community-based title for more mature/advanced RPG'ers. Please read the app reviews before deciding whether to claim a code. It's a difficult game and if you approach it with prejudice like nephilim_apps, you may be wasting your time. Plazmi I like MUD's I was an avid user of a few specific ones back a few years ago. And yours isn't terrible it is the way you promote your game which turns everybody off. For example that "contest" where "different people" all submitted reviews at the exact same time claiming the game is the best game ever. You attacking every other online game in the app store because you think it will make people buy your game. See you act like a child by the way you "promote" your game.
@nephilim_apps: I don't wish to hijack this thread, so please refer to the main Bedlam thread and the AppStore page for many different user reviews and responses. Only a deeply paranoid person would still believe that I could fabricate them all. One day, when you have something to promote, you will understand how difficult it is to be heard when you're pitted against big players selling the same formulaic games. Yes, I have been posting about my game in threads like this one, hoping that a few brave souls dissatisfied with formula would take a look at my very unique offering. I'm not out to make money with Bedlam--it's a tribute to a MUD I used to play and will always love. If you get that, then maybe you'll give me the benefit of the doubt and maybe even try the game yourself. BTW, the full Bedlam app is free for a day today 07/07/2010.
