I bought it the Wed before the sale, and I have no regrets. This isn't your normal AppStore developer. Rockstar is one of the big boys. When this game launches at a half to a fourth the other systems prices, you're already saving.
That's a slightly odd conclusion. I'm more of a GTA fan than an iPhone fan. Why +1 if you don't agree?
The part I like best is when all the kids whose parents won't let them play naughty games come in and pretend their reason for not having it is they can't stand GTA.

Naturally, it's a great game ...except GTA IV. The PSX games were great though, and CTW is basically just an update to those, which makes it awesome.
Looks like 50% of all iPhone/iPod Touch users have Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. Impressive for a $9.99 game.

It took me a little while to get into gta, but once I did I was HOOKED. I got addicted to this during the Huge snow storm this year, and I played it for 3 hours straight and got so pissed The power went out so I couldn't charge my iPod. Anyway, I saw the thread starter talk about how he didn't wan it to be hard, and I ink it has the perfect level of difficulty. I've lost some some of he missions are hard, ( but not impossible) and some are easy (not too easy though). There's a lot of stuff to do too, it took me 12 hora to beat the campaign, and I took me 35 hours to get 100% completion rate with gold medals on everything. Plus there's more variety in the missions than a Mario party game. The only version I've had is the iPhone version, and this is definitely in the top 10 games I've ever played (probably number 10). Keep in mind, metal gear solid 4, gta 4, and syphon filter are all on the list.
The main reason why this game is great is that there are so many things to do in this game! No matter what types of games you like, there is at least one aspect that you will enjoy.
