Just wondering, I've gotten 2, one because I bought a game with the wrong iTunes account and another when I bought one accidentally.

lol, I might try sending an email for every 200 or so of my paid apps, asking for a refund. I wonder how many refunds I would get (they might give in eventually ;))

I haven't ever had a refund before, but for about 2 weeks my account wasn't getting billed for the games I had purchased and never did. So I ended up saving about $15 somehow :p

    Two. "Purchased accidentally."

One I clicked on the full app instead of the lite version, the other was an app that was free (but wasn't when I clicked on it - beware the "Item is being modified, try again later" ;))

I buy a lot of stuff on iTunes, so both times I got the "normally wouldn't, but since you're a good customer..."

That reminds me, I thought I heard here on the forums that Apple keeps their cut when this happens - maybe someone else here can verify that...

8 refunds. Mainly because games that say they worked with my 2g touch, but said it was not compattible after trying to load it, Libra, some pirate platformer(can't remember the name now), GTA: Chinatown(aggravated with this one not working somehow) and others.. So I got my $$ back.

I asked for 2 refunds, one for Cozy Quest (because it's not even half finished and now it already says it's version 2, but lots of pictures are missing etc... it's unplayable!) and one for F.A.S.T. (moving the 5$ App to Free In-App and trying to get more money from the ones who already bought the app just isn't fair...)... For Cozy Quest they said they are not responsible for checking the quality of the apps, for F.A.S.T. they said they would refund me the DLC as soon as I buy it... I emailed back that I don't want the DLC, that I want my money back anyway because I paid 5 $ for it and they added lots of DLCs without any warning... I never got an answer to that email...)

I got a refunded for a movie a while back, cause it was a corrupted download. They sent my account the refund and said they fixed the move and I checked on iTunes for available downloads and I still got the movie for free :D

What email do you even write to to get a refund? I've searched Apple's site more times than I can remember trying to find it.

I think so. I aske for a refund the other day for £5.99 and they said they'd give £5.21. However it seems that the whole sum has been returned. So I'm not sure.

I bought a game before the price changed to free (I clicked from the freeappaday site and clicked buy without looking at the price). I did not get a refund.

If they refunded people for that sort of reason they'd probably get about a thousand requests every time an app went on sale.
