Was just curious how much water you guys drink a day? All i drink is Milk, Orange juice and Water. Havn't had a soda in 4 years I usually drink 1-2 pints a day of water and my friend says that's really bad! lol too much of a good thing can be really bad.
Around 5-6 glasses, sometimes the occasional 8. It's really easy to when you don't drink soft drinks +1 to what aaron said
Well i can only drink water im lactose intolerance there goes milk my dentist says i cant drink any soda or stuff with high carbonation(i dont know y) i dont like apple juice or orange juice(drink apple juice, OJ kills) so its sports drinks, water or alcohol (not sure about beer it has carbonation) and i like water and i dont drink a lot of alcohol and sports drink are way to sugary for me So i drink like 4 pints of water a day
Milk in the mornings, sometimes OJ, and lots of water. During the tennis season I drink about a half gallon every day while I'm playing haha.
A good 8 bottles of water during cross-country days. Around 2-3 on swim practice days. On non-work out days, 'bout 1-2. I definitely need to up those numbers, though. Also, lots of Gatorade. Way too much, actually. Getting me a pound of Cytomax as a replacement. As for sodas, I drink one every other day. Cramps you up if you drink one before swimming. Excuse my while I slip out of these wet clothes and into a dry martini.
lol, I remember that thread...it was epic But really, I just don't care for this water stuff...I only drink it during exercise (if i don't have gatorade handy) You're going to drown yourself. It's been known to happen.
