      I got my iPod touch very recently that I am yet to make a paid purchace. The fact is I don't have a credit card and I live in India. How can I pay for os4 when it comes?

      I think they may have iTunes gift cards for your country, if they do you should be able to pay for it with that

      Is it sure that the OS 4.0 will be a paid upgrade for everyone?

      To OP: You can use iTunes giftcards, but they aren't very available here. Tough to find them.
