I'm trying to soft-launch my game in NZ or AU. However I don't have much budget for user acquisition.
Do you know effective way to get considerable users from those countries, I'm looking to get about at least 1000 users for the soft-launch (I think that's the minimum amount to get enough analytics data to improve the game)

Anyone has experience soft-launching, could you please advise?
    Thanks

I'd say if there were a super easy free way to acquire 1,000's of users, you'd probably find that service would have been spammed to oblivion.

To think outside the box a little, you could approach local schools and unis and put up some posters and a short story explaining you're a local developer looking to launch your first game and that you'd appreciate some new players? I've not heard of someone doing that before, but you're looking at a group of bored young people with mobile devices. UNSW, Monash, Griffith all have large campuses.

    Hi Sam,
    Thanks for the advice.
I don't expect a super easy way at all. The way you mentioned is actually a good way that I'm currently using at where I'm living. But I don't live in Australia so it's impossible.
Do you know any popular Aussie mobile game forum or online groups that I should visit?
