He's lacked any kind of reason throughout the entire topic. He's made arguments about the DS lacking anything for mature players and we've provided examples which he chose to ignore. His presence here isn't doing anything toward having a reasonable discussion and serves only to smother us with his twisted fanboy ideals.
Yeah it is pretty hectic. It's a sequel to an N64/Dreamcast game. It actually requires a surprising amount of tactics for how it looks. Plus... level editor. It's the only game I know that lets you trade user-created levels by sound. Export to MP3, send it to someone and they play the sound into to the mic port of their DS. Didn't always work 100% but it was cool anyway.
I have made valid points. You just fail to see my reason. Agreed, the DS has some games for mature or older players, but the vast majority are aimed at the 13 and under age group. My only other point so far (i think) has been that the PSP has a stange blurry look to all of it's games which is unappealing to me. I'm going to try to keep it civil but I don't appreciate what you're saying, especially:
Out of curiosity, I decided to check Hmar9333 previous posts and after doing that, it's hard to take this dude seriously. Go back to play Minigore, (GAME OF THE YEAR) Kid. Man, you have a terrible taste.
Bangai-O Spirits, sequel to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bangai-O Hands down the best portable game I've ever played. The graphics aren't amazing and it doesn't take itself seriously, but damn it's fun. It was just an example of one of the more mature DS games. I've also got Geometry Wars, a few Castlevania games, a few Final Fantasy games, Jump Ultimate Stars, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword, Trauma Center... what I'm really getting at is that although there's a LOT of crappy kids games on the device, there's still enough good ones to make a decent collection. I've got 35 games on the DS and they're pretty much all suitable for mature gamers.
I would take a hand held with buttons and joysticks over a touch screen. Maybe because I'm not so used to it but its more comfortable for me, i don't have to look down to make sure my fingers are over the right buttons.
*sigh* I'm not even going to bother arguing anymore. Apart from this: MidianGTX, you called me a fanboy right? All I did was make a comment about the PSP's graphics being funky and blurry, and you decided to get extremely worked up about it, and start an internet argument with personal jabs and arguments that make no sense. Who's the fanboy now?
Yeah good luck. You just called me a fanboy back anyway, a PSP fanboy at that, and I don't even own one.
Seriously... you continued after he said that. I wasn't even planning on contributing to this topic anymore. ...and that... is insuating that I am a fanboy
