Personally, in terms of graphics I'd say PSP(as of now, I think the iDevices will be better very soon)> iDevice > DS. In terms of games. It really depends what you're looking for. Personally, I'm looking for a device that does everything, plays games, doesn't look nerdy when I play games in public, is extra portable and has games that aren't too long (I don't like long games, I like variety), has games that aren't too hardcore (that's what my home console is for) and games that are cheap (in price not quality). So for me personally iDevice > DS > PSP.
