      I think my iPod Touch is finally screwed....I think the Home Button (the circle one) won't work and won't respond. I've never pressed it hard, but this morning it was acting funny and it was harder to press it then before. It seems to be that the Home Button won't come up all the way and is pressed into the iPod itself. If I contact Apple about this would they replace it or refund me my money? And has this happened to any of you before? Thanks.

      EDIT:

      I've never dropped it in any liquid, and it has never touch water etc...

      Nope never have.
      It worked this morning but it just stopped working all of a sudden.

      it depends if the warentee is up or not...apple will refund you if it is under warentee as long as there is no significant damage to it

      I don't think so......

      I've never had to use lots of force to press the button. But when it wasn't working right, I used a little more force. Now it doesn't work at all.

      Actually I don't care to much the my iPod Touch is broke, it's under warranty, I'm fine.

      It's more so how people insult me.
