I've tried to download the iOS 4 update from iTunes three times now, and every time I do it, around the halfway point, it says that the connection timed out and I have to make sure my internet connection is still hooked up, or something. Is anyone else having a problem downloading the update? My connection's pretty awful (downloading roughly 60 kb/sec), but I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems. Hopefully fourth times the charm
You could have googled this and been half way done with the download. Instead you rely on others here because you have a social disfunction. No offense. But, what else could it be?
The update itself only took me 6 minutes to download, but the whole process of installing it on my iPhone and backing it up is taking wayyyy longer. It's been 3 hours and I'm a little less than 20% done.
I did Google it. No need to be a jackass. I just thought I would ask. Holy crap. Nevermind then. Try not to get your panties in an uproar next time, bud.
Ya I was having the same problem yesterday but I tried again today and I downloaded the whole thing in about 10 minutes.
