An interesting question. Vote in the poll.

When I say primary gaming platform, it means this is the platform that you play the most (if you have a Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, PSP and PC).

I use my iPod 25/8! More than anything else, Mac, DS Lite! I have exactly 127 games and counting! Great poll! I hope it turns out well.

I was a gamer in the days of Amiga, Amiga CD32 (yes, for real) and Playstation 1 and 2.... then there was a big break (aka living life, losing interest in video games)

Then, the iPhone crossed my path
...and here I am, an addict.

Yeah, your personal robot. I used to play on the Commodore 64 and then life (college) happened. I didn't play games again for another 12 years.

The Touch has definitely taken over. It is now hard for me to think of playing on the PC. Though I still play some Zoo Tycoon and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 with the kids. But when I think about having to sit at my computer to play or comfortably play in my personal bubble of the Touch...I choose the Touch more often.

We got the Wii the same time I got the Touch, and do play the Wii every so often, but not as much as the Touch. The portability and being able to play in bed just can't be beat.

I have my GBA on my bedside table, but it does not get much use. Play it on rare occasions.

    Doing nothing of importance.

Well, it used to be that my iPod was my big gaming system for a while but I'm starting to get back into my console games, so it's shifting back to even.

Yes. I used to play my PSP a lot, but I've barely touched it since getting an iPod.

I have a DS that I played the **** out of, but then the app store came out and my iPod Touch has became my favourite gaming platform. I think 3 things made my switch over . . . the ease of downloading new games . . . the portability of it . . . and the fact that I don't need to carry around cartridges all the time. Also, I love how many developers post in the forums and respond to the community all the time. Not something you see on most platforms.

My primary PORTABLE gaming platform for sure.
Definitely beats the PSP, in my opinion.
PS3 is primary home gaming platform though :D

Missing option: Yes, because I have it with me 95% of the time.

My NDS Lite is always in my bag, but my iPod Touch is in my pocket. Bought it to replace my beloved Handspring Visor Prism, and have bought way too many games for it. :) And with email and web browsing, I hardly touch my computer at all anymore. Only other system (out of the many) I have that I get to may much these days is the Wii, and that's usually when we have company.

Yup, my iPod is my primary platform, I wish I could afford an xbox 360 but skiing takes priority.

I found the results in the poll quite funny. 32 people seems to be proud of having the iPhone as their main gaming platform, yet none (but a few) actually posted in the thread. :p

C'mon kids, don't be ashamed to post; we won't laugh at you.

No definitely not. I think I'd go crazy if I only had an iPod to game on. For deeper games I usually went to my DS(when I had it), but nowadays I go to my 360 for my gaming needs.

Will probably be getting a PS3 soon.
