This game is the definition of a cant miss must have. Not trying to change the first game, just building on its awesomeness. Textbook epicness.
Give the guys a break. A game is not made over night. There's 300,000 apps that you can play until "soon" comes to be.
Hi! Next week we will introduce another hero. There is a pool on our facebook page here that you can vote: https://www.facebook.com/ironhidegames About the release date!!!! It will be soon, we will probably announce the date in a few days. We are testing the game right now and hope to upload it next week for approval.
Nice! Cannot wait! You guys made a great TD game. It was balanced perfect with depth and simplicity. And a real challenge. Lots of TD games are way to easy. This game will be epic.
Ironhide, is there any way we can convince you to put time and effort towards a mechanic to save map progress in one of the first patches? I'd gladly pay money for the privilege (though I don't you'd ever hear the end of it if you offered a save system as IAP functionality ). While I am probably in the minority, I still think there is a sizeable portion of the user base who, just like me, rarely have the time to play for 20-40 uninterrupted minutes on my iDevice. It is anathema to one of the major reasons we game on our smartphones. No quick play sessions while in public transit or hiding in the bathroom from responsibilities translates to much less Kingdom Rush Frontiers played (and possibly less copies sold). Furthermore, knowing that a single call might loose me all progress (Kingdom Rush was memory-intensive enough that this occured on my iPhone 4. Hopefully this is not a problem for newer devices) really puts a stopper on my enjoyment of the game. I'n surprised any developer would put out a portable game with no way to save progress for 20+ minute contiguous gaming session, and this was one of the very few criticisms I ever heard directed at the otherwise possibly perfect Kingdom Rush. Mid-mission saves is a standard in tower defense games (or any game with long sessions, even on desktop platforms) for a very good and user-friendly reason. So please, consider taking the leap to perfection
Hi dev, the heroes are so cool! I gonna spend many hrs when this is out, yummy. Will this be like previous title in regards to difficulties, With easy, hard or even hardcore mode? How many campaign in total?
my finger is twitching!!! I can't wait!! I got my sister into the first one and had to help her beat it (she's not a gamer like me) but enjoyed the hell out of it. I even have her excited and i am the liason for this game to her. Hahaha shes almost as stoked as i am. Keep up the good work ironhide and i'll just hurry up and wait
Another hero preview Ahoy, me hearties! Move your sea legs to the deck and prepare everything to welcome Captain Blackthorne, the most fearsome man in the whoknowshowmany seas! He will board your ship, he will take your grog, and he will definitely plunder your booty! Now smartly, go play that video and let´s weigh anchor and hoist the mizzen! Arrrrrrr!
Not yet. But We can confirm that the game is ready We are doing a closed beta for a week right now fixing some bugs and adjusting some balance and we will submit to Apple next week
I guess we're looking at mid to late June. Damn, there's nothing else on the App Store that's any good or worth playing. Before anyone bashes me I must say that it's my opinion. I've spent tons of $ on the crap store and been let down probably 99% of the time. I can't seem to look past all the flaws that almost every other ios title has. Kingdom rush on the other hand is as close as I've come to finding a near flawless game on ios
