Yeah I wish they would provide some sort of bundle where you pay upfront and get all current and future heroes (like Outwitters does with the teams). The free heroes in the first game are nice to have but they are clearly less powerful than the Elite/Legend ones... Regardless, I'm really looking forward to playing this!
I would have preferred an "unlocking" system even more, where after you complete a certain level or task, it becomes unlocked.
That would be even better! Perhaps something like, "complete 10 heroic challenges to unlock." This is very unlikely though...
The present heroes wont be in Kingdom Rush: Frontiers. It will be 9 completely new heroes. I think. I saw that at the Ironhide forums.

Normally, when it gets closer to the date, they will announce it. I wouldn't think they'd just release it. Although it'd be a nice surprise
Does anyone of you go to GDC and meet Ironhide Developers? They told us in their forums, they are going to show some gameplay of KINGDOM RUSH FRONTIERS. Can anyone upload the video?
Yeah. 9 completely new heroes, and there is gonna be two more specialised towers for each basic tower.
