For some reason, I am unable to install anything on my laptop. I downloaded the latest iTunes update and tried to install it, but there was an error saying 'Unable to access network location %APPDATA&' or something like that. This error message comes up every single time I try to install something on my laptop. Is it because of my Antivirus (it's TrendMicro by the way)? PS: I'm running on Vista if that helps.
