Cool, i don't really care for a hat or poster, but i will give a 5 star review because this game is really good.
I'm late, but here's the review I came up with. "DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO STAY AT THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN?" Lion Pride is a line drawing game where you take control of lions and lionesses in order to keep your family of lions alive. There are 16 different levels to start the game, eight of those levels being during the night, and the other eight during the day. There are also two survival levels (taking place at both night and day) where you have to use your lion instincts to capture meat for as long as you can. With four different maps, the replayability is endless. There are seven different animals you can get meat off of, each taking different ways to capture. Some animals, like the gazelle, only need lioness to capture, while others like the Cape Buffalo require at least three lionesses to capture. If you don't use three, your lionesses will be temporarily be stunned! During the day, everything is normal, and hyenas are just like the other animals; they just need a sip of water or two. But by night, the hyenas become thirsty for blood, and it is your job as a lion to defend your cubs, no matter what it takes! The music and sound effects are absolutely great in my opinion, and fit very well to the overall theme of being in the jungle. Up until now, everything has been perfect, so might be asking yourself, "Why does it get 4/5?" Well, how you take down prey is intuitive (in my opinion), but isn't completely perfect. In order to have your prey not escape, you need to slowly move your finger so you can make your lion or lioness walk, instead of run. When you think you are close enough, you can make a swift dash to your prey, and capture him. Unfortunately, they just aren't perfect; I often find myself having to redraw the line so that the lions walk over to the prey, not run. Overall, this gets a 4.5/5, and even if you have a bunch of line drawing games, I whole-heartedly suggest getting Lion's Pride, as it is very different, and very addicting. The devs did an excellent job.
My review: Lion pride brings the wild nature to your iPhone and iPod Touch I was abit skeptical about this game until I tried it. The developer takes line drawing to the next level, mixing it with raw nature wildness. In the game, you have to draw lines to lure your lion to your prey. Small animals can be easily caught with 1 lion. Big zebras needs two lions to catch and eat. You will be having fun listening to the sound of the nature wildness when your lion catches the prey. Have fun! It is really a great game except when some of the prey went out of the screen and my lions cannot keep up with them. It will be magnificient if the game screen can be expanded to other parts of the nature like my lions can roam around to a bigger area not contrained by iPhone touch screen by dragging and tapping to other parts of the jungle. A map will be great but the current game is really a steal at 99 cents!
