No idea of how the controls work though, whether its buttons of tap to move. Nice graphics and the puzzle platformer gameplays good. URI style psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,964 717 113 England #7 psj3809, Mar 23, 2018 Well about 4:32 of the video it mentions the tutorial and left joystick. That video seems to be a 'dev' one as he seems to use the mouse to click on things. Reckon its got on screen controls on iOS just not on that video, might do some hunting on youtube (or email the dev) squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,715 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #8 squarezero, Mar 23, 2018 It’s buttons to move. Only tried the first tutorial level, which is very short. It’s gorgeous, and the controls are good. psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,964 717 113 England #9 psj3809, Mar 23, 2018 Great stuff cheers. Wish the devs would show those in one screenshot. But thanks for confirming deresi Well-Known Member Feb 23, 2018 434 72 28 #10 deresi, Mar 23, 2018 Thanks. Picked it up earlier this morning. Wonder if it was an accidental release. BTW You get introduced to the main mechanics on the second tutorial level. It’s an interesting combination of level design and action platforming gameplay. You have a selection of spells at your disposal (well, two so far, but they’re being introduced through the level) and you get to pause that game and place “hot spots” where to can use a specific spell. The puzzle/strategy comes in figure out where you need to use which spells once the action starts. The cool thing is that you still control the robot, so there is a skill element in doing the right thing at the right time — you don’t just watch the action unfold. Visuals-wise, this is up there with Rayman. Light and particle effects, beautiful animation, the works. I’m still very early in the game, but this is very promising. Hope it comes back to the store soon . EDIT: Not to add salt to the wound, but even the level select/overworld is beautiful. deresi Well-Known Member Feb 23, 2018 434 72 28 #14 deresi, Mar 23, 2018 It was on the App Store earlier on, but then it suddenly disappeared. I hope it will come back soon. It's a global launch when it comes to steam, and I found it on the developer's website. http://www.studio-baikin.com/magibot/ jpgold Well-Known Member Sep 21, 2012 1,818 56 48 Online Ad Sales - Pandora New York, NY #15 jpgold, Mar 23, 2018 Thanks for rubbing it in! Looks like they dont use twitter much ! Doubt i'll get a reply. Nothing recent on facebook either, not the best way to promote a game ! Frustrating ! squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,715 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #17 squarezero, Mar 23, 2018 That suggests accidental release. deresi Well-Known Member Feb 23, 2018 434 72 28 #18 deresi, Mar 23, 2018 Well, in this case, the publisher(Plug In Digital) may manage this game. Strangely, developers are usually so absorbed in making games that they don't seem to be good at promoting their games. What a pity! It should be out in May. deresi Well-Known Member Feb 23, 2018 434 72 28 #20 deresi, Mar 23, 2018 Hello, developer. I can't wait to see your game again.
