Just reposting this in case and for future reference. For those asking for codes in different countries and need a US code, try using Hotspot Shield and set your virtual location to United States. It may have a few pop-ups here and there, but it only takes a few seconds to close them and close/exit the program once you have gotten your code. I have been using it for the past year on IGN's game of the months when I was overseas and I have had no problems. This was recommended in a few past IGN threads long ago by user nkarafo. HTH
