All codes are gone. Looks interesting. Any vid showing the game in action? Edit: I guess I could DL the free version and see for myself, eh? Doing it now...
Pretty good version of backgammon, games run quickly which is good. Definitely worth a look Thanks again to the dev for the code
Very, very nice game. I have a couple of requests for consideration on future updates: 1. When leaving a game, players should be able to resume play where they left off instead of having to restart all over again. 2. Include an option/functionality for coaching, as in many chess games for the iOS. Admittedly, I made a dufus move and counted my piece forward thinking I could retract it. Obviously, I couldn't and it ended up costing me the game as I quickly moved from a position of strength to being blocked out for much of the remainder of the game. Then again, I could avoid making dumb moves, but, just an idea for the momentary lapses
Thanks for sharing codes with TA! I'm a sucker for backgammon games (like solitaire games) so I had purchased it some time ago. It's fun.
In the next version of the game you can expect: even more developed single player game, levels of difficulity for single player, newsreel, game description with illustrations. Follow us: http://twitter.com/2kbcompany
I like the game, good work, but I could use a tutorial to learn how to play. Please add it in next update. Would be great.
Well, first welcome to TA and I notice from your post history it is backgammon you are interested in. I feel like a tutorial for the entire game of backgammon would be a huge undertaking and a little beyond the scope of what this or any other backgammon game can do. I think the apps are designed for people that already know the basics so perhaps reading the rules for yourself might help you out: http://www.bkgm.com/rules.html Conversely there is a free app (and a pro) called Backgammon Guru which is strictly a tutor. You set up moves and it helps you determine the best moves for your roll, among other things. Unless of course you are asking for a tutorial on how this particular game works - how to move, etc. I jumped right on in - if you have played backgammon before, playing on the iOS is pretty intuitive - there are only so many ways a dev can design a game to have your pieces move etc. This I might add is one of the better ones. I have loads of Backgammon apps from Backgammon NJ to some of the freebies. This is definitely a fun pick up and play one rounder game. No ELO points like NJ or any of the hard core stuff so definitely an approachable game for the beginner. Been enjoying it for awhile now since it came out.
Yes, I actually got this one. I really like it. The online play is terrific. Could use some more players though.
