A few pages back, I said that there would be something in the update that a lot of people would HATE. This is what I was talking about. Although, it doesn't seem to be received too badly so far...
I want the achievement for the 1 million kills and santa is and has become my fav plus support the devs!
No extra maps in this episode, Santa and Kid Gore are purchasable content. I'm fairly sure that future maps (the zombie one at least) will be free.
only santa and kid gore are DLC the rest are for free, also with santa and (i think) kid gore it gives you the snow map when you play as them. so its not just a character your getting
I think adding paid DLC characters is fine. No one is being forced to buy them and they don't really add any new gameplay other than a different model to move around the map and maybe some new dialogue. Regardless of whether you choose to purchase them or not it will still be the same game. I actually haven't touched minigore for ages and have been a long time hater in regards to 'too much talking and not enough doing' from most of the hype posts there seem to be..... however having said that... THIS update looks like it will add an interesting element. Unlocks. That simple dynamic will finally give me a reason to play other than trying to beat my consistently pitiful score.
And it'll take you a looooong time to unlock Sensei Evan (1,000,000 kills ). I'm a beta tester, and I'm currently at 53,495 (although I do believe that someone has unlocked Sensei.
