So I put Tigrex on hold, and upgraded my armour (Full Ceantaur armor + upgraded the defense a lot) Upgraded myself from HR1 to HR2 (haha, well its a start, right?) went back to Tigrex and got creamed all over again lol.

Oh well. Im getting lots of practice in at least.

For MHFU, you need to go to options, set MFi to yes, and confirm on the controller to use it. You have to do this once for each fresh app launch.

Still? I never knew there were any controller issues.

I don't have any problems. My controller works just fine!

Either of the Madcatz controllers, most especially for MHFU. The Xbox layout of the analog sticks make it more comfortable since the analog stick is where the left thumb is going to be 90% of the time.

I personally have the Madcatz micro and it pairs up easily, the buttons are responsive, the analog sticks pretty accurate, and i believe this is theperfect size for my smaller hands. Tis also pretty light.

The micro is perfect for the ipads, but as recommended by afterpad, if you are going to attach an iphone, go for the bigger madcatz for a more stable handheld experience.

ok I feel like a dirty cheater but I beat Tigrex finally by running in and out of areas and hitting him in the head. It makes up for the fact that the ipad is a bitch to control properly. Ive made peace with myself over it :p

    Guess what? Classified.
    Classified.
Once you get some good high rank gear have a go at low rank kut-ku for the lols.

    Until then prepare for shen-gaoren!

I've beaten the Tigrex fair and square several times, but at the beginning, when Tigrex killed me half a dozen times, I used these "tactics" to bring him down for the first time. No need to feel bad about it. Even as a fanatical Dark Souls player, I had my problems with Tigrex. Wait until you meet the Dragon Elders. They gonna kick your sorry butt so much, you will MISS the easy Tigrex fight. ;)
And, well, I guess Tigrex was invented to teach you positioning in fights in the most cruel way.

If you wanna try him again next time (and this time without the area exploit), let him run into walls where he gets stuck. Totally cool because you have time to cut off his tail or smack his head.
The safest postition to stand (in front of him) is to the right, a little right of his left front leg. In the video above, check where the guy stands. Also circle always right around Tigrex, makes things much easier.

It's hard the first times you're fighting a big monster but once you learn his moves, they'll become a lot easier. sometimes you can beat it without even getting hit

Finally beat the bulldrome. Used light bowgun. Took probably 10 tries at least. Started on him using light bowgun. Then tried heavy bowgun. Then long sword. Then gun lance. Then back to light bowgun. Guess I'm trying to figure out which weapon I work best with. Gonna stick with light bowgun for now.

I found Shen Gaoren and Lao Shan Long to be hilariously easy, barely even got hit thanks to the fact they're like 99% passive. SGR was even easier than LSL since it just stayed in one area. All I did was cut its legs, then when it crashed down (got hit by this a few times since it had no warning it's gonna crash down), just spam attack at its head.
I'm not sure if these two are meant to be difficult? Cause I'd rather take on these any day compared to the nearly-impossible Tigrex or Teostra.

For me they were almost as frustrating because of the time limit. I use LS which is a "medium" power weapon imo and to kill those solo I have to use up every second near perfectly. I've failed about 80% of them because of time constraints.

I'd actually rather fight a Tigrex because the elders take so long to get to and then if you lose you don't want to do the same lead up / preparations all over again.

Once you start fighting Tigrex, Diablos or Pleasioth you'll realize how easy Bulldrome actually is. :D

Got mine from amazon.com. I think i got lucky with a seller that ships to PH.

Many times i tried ordering from amazon that wont deliver here, but this time i found one thatdid to PH. Not really sure how amazon does that. My wife tried ordering a necklace last week and it wouldnt ship here and we're also confused how i was able to get my madcatz micro to go through.
